When I was a little girl we would go to a restaurant in Wayson’s Corner,
and they had baguette seating and all four of us girls would have to scoot in.
I think this is where my love for baguette seating started.
Isn’t this a lovely space with all the throw pillows
and the individual chairs.
I love this little corner baguette and it is a place I would spend a great deal of time.
I have always loved small enclosed spaces.
Perhaps it is the illusion of being safe and secure
or cozy and enclosed.
You may have noticed in the Springhill Home Tour,
of a house I built a few years back
that there was a baguette in the dining room.
I love a free floating baguette just as much as a built-in one.
It is just a bit unexpected.
If you would like to see the whole house tour
then go to the link above.
I also gave you a home tour of a home in Austin Texas,
built by GreenTex Builders.
You can see the window seating has been installed
and the table is ready and waiting for some chairs
to complete this baguette seating.
This house transformation from a 50’s ranch to an incredible
Austin Texas home can be seen by going to GreenTex Builders Crestview Home Tour.
Baguette seating can be used in any style of interior design.
I love the feel of this modern space and look at those
drawers below the seating for extra storage.
I love the French vibe from the farm table.
This is an elegant arrangement.
Check out all the details.
the black painted double doors,
the brick at backsplash.
Seriously I could go on and on about this room.
Do you have baguette seating in your home?
I would love to see a picture if you do,
so in the comment section please include a picture or
a link so I can come and take a look.
